The verdict

A relaxed barrel at 183 USD in black—discounted trendy option for statement styling.

Fit

Relaxed and wide through hip and thigh, barrel silhouette; ultra-high rise sits well above the waist. Roomy, confident fit.

Quality

The barrel and ultra-high rise are high-maintenance trends; DL1961's construction here is dependable, but style longevity is uncertain.

Price check

At 183 USD (discounted from full price), this is budget-to-mid-tier. The trend-driven cut makes it a play piece rather than a staple.

Best for

Women confident in trendy styling who want a bold, roomy silhouette for statement outfits.

Care

Wash cold and dry flat; ultra-high waistbands can shrink with heat.

What owners report about DL1961 jeans

Owners report the line's defining trait is its stretch fabric: reviewers say the jeans are very comfortable, do not bag out, and return to shape after washing — one long-term wearer said hers fit like new after every wash. Aggregated customer feedback is more mixed on sizing, splitting between snug and too big depending on style. Customer reviews on Trustpilot include a minority reporting early failures — fabric splitting and belt loops ripping within a few months — so durability reports are not uniform.

Strengths: Reviewers consistently praise the stretch fabric's comfort and shape retention — it stretches with the body without bagging out or losing shape between washes.
Watch out for: A minority of customer reviews report premature failures — fabric splits and ripped belt loops within months — and sizing feedback is inconsistent across styles.
Sizing: Mixed: one denim reviewer found them running slightly big and quite snug at the same waist size, while aggregated customer feedback splits between snug and too large — check the per-style fit notes before ordering.
