By using Shop Smart, Wear Confidence, you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short.

1. What Shop Smart, Wear Confidence is

Shop Smart, Wear Confidence is an editorial review and comparison site for clothing. We aggregate publicly available reviewer feedback and structured product information to help shoppers compare items across brands. We are not a retailer. We do not sell, fulfill, or ship any items shown on the site.

2. Reviews are opinions

Our reviews describe what reviewers report about each garment to the best of our research, but they are opinions, not guarantees. Sizing, fit, color, and quality can vary by production run and shipment. The retailer's product page is the authoritative source for current specifications, pricing, and availability.

3. Affiliate links

Outbound links to retailers may earn us a commission through the Skimlinks affiliate network. This costs you nothing extra. We disclose the affiliate relationship in the site footer and on any page that contains affiliate links.

4. Try-on feature

If you use the photo try-on, you confirm that the photo you upload is of yourself or that you have the right to use it. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. The composited image is generated by a third-party AI provider; we do not retain your input photo after the request completes.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at scale, attempt to overload our servers, impersonate Shop Smart, Wear Confidence, or use the platform to harass anyone. We may block or rate-limit traffic that appears abusive.

6. Intellectual property

Brand names, logos, and product imagery shown on Shop Smart, Wear Confidence belong to their respective owners. We use them under nominative fair use to identify the products being reviewed. Our editorial text and site design are © Shop Smart, Wear Confidence.

7. Limitation of liability

Shop Smart, Wear Confidence is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for any loss arising from a purchase decision made using information on the site. Use your own judgment.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the homepage.
