Alo Yoga tops: what owners report

Owners describe Alo tops and tanks as soft and comfortable, wearable for workouts and casual outings alike, and some report them holding their shape through many washes. The recurring complaints are pilling — flagged repeatedly on the brand's fuzzier knit pieces — and stretch: one reviewer's bra-top band stretched out after a single wear and did not recover. Several owners also call lighter pieces thin or see-through and conclude the line is overpriced for the quality delivered. Experiences vary noticeably between fabrics and collections.

Strengths
Soft, comfortable fabrics that perform well in workouts and double as casual wear.
Watch out for
Pilling and bands or light knits stretching out are the most-reported failures, with some pieces thin or see-through for the price.
Sizing
Fit is reported as inconsistent — it varies by style and fabric rather than running uniformly small or large, so owners check per-piece reviews before buying.
