The verdict

A no-frills crewneck at this price—practical, not remarkable.

Fit

Mavi's crewneck t-shirts are classically cut, neither slim nor oversized. Expect comfortable movement and a predictable fit.

Quality

Solid basic-tier construction; seams and hems are serviceable and will last with normal care.

Price check

At $41, you're paying fair market for a plain crewneck. No premium styling to justify a higher price.

Best for

Foundational basics rotation—the shirt you reach for, not the one you show off.

Care

Standard machine wash and tumble dry; this fabric should hold up well to repeated laundering.

What owners report about Mavi t-shirts

Mavi's t-shirt range draws almost no dedicated third-party coverage — owner reports about the brand concentrate on its denim. At brand level, the recurring theme in owner feedback is dye and color durability: Trustpilot reviewers report tops that faded or looked unlike the product photos, complaint-site reviews describe visible color fading and discoloration on garments, and a Reddit thread documents garment-dyed pieces losing color in the first wash. No substantive owner reports specifically praising or faulting the tees themselves were found.

Watch out for: Color fading and dye durability are the recurring complaints across Mavi tops and garment-dyed pieces, sometimes after a single wash.
