What owners report about Ksubi jackets & outerwear

Third-party coverage of Ksubi's jackets is thin and mostly folds into brand-level denim reviews. The one dedicated jacket review, of the lamb-leather Amplify, reports it arrives soft and already broken in rather than stiff, and brand-level reviewers describe the denim as thick, tough, and holding up over years of wear. Store-level feedback is much rougher: Trustpilot reviewers give the brand a very low score, reporting sizing that does not match the published chart, no exchanges on sale items, and support emails that go unanswered.

Strengths: Reviewers consistently describe the denim as heavyweight and durable, and the dedicated leather-jacket review reports it needs no break-in period.
Watch out for: Buying direct is the recurring complaint — owners report an unreliable size chart, no exchanges or refunds on sale items, and customer service that does not respond.
Sizing: Fit reports conflict: dedicated reviews call the fit mostly true to size (drop a size only if you want a tighter fit on baggier cuts), while store reviewers report the size chart does not match actual garment measurements.
