Patented Aran Alpaca Scarf

On the Island, Aran patterns were passed down through families with pride. Inis Meáin's signature Patented Aran pattern has the distinction of being held in the collection of the National Museum of Ireland. Unique to Inis Meáin, the intricate composition of this fine cable knit pattern is reminiscent of the strong twists of the Island fishing ropes. Eminently versatile with a beautiful drape, this superbly soft baby alpaca and silk scarf is the perfect finishing touch to any winter coat or jacket. Crafted from super-soft Baby Alpaca and Silk, made to the highest environmental standards using only organic and premium quality dyes. Measures 32cm x 165cm.

Available in a warm Grey, fuchsia Red, duck-egg Blue, clementine Orange, soft Cream, Brown Mix, a fresh mélange of warm grey and medium brown, in classic Black and in versatile Grey Marl. Designed, made and hand-finished in our Aran Islands workshop.
