The instantly recognisable Herringbone pattern has featured prominently throughout Irish history, from flooring in monastic settlements to patterns in Irish weaving and knitting traditions. The Herringbone motif can also be seen on Inis Meáin in stone walls lining the winding island roads, and the karstic landscape rife with geometrically diverse creggs and grikes, which have inspired our Lightweight Herringbone Line. The Cashmere Light Herringbone V Neck is a celebration of this staple design, with an asymmetrical array of vertical herringbone patterns varying in size forming a subtle and unique lightweight sweater. Neat hand-finished rib trims allow for comfortable wear over a shirt and tie, or as a light layer to one of our linen tshirts or tunics. Crafted with super-premium Cashmere and Merino yarn from Italian heritage producer, Filati Biagioli Modesto, made to the highest European environmental standards using only organic dyes.

Available in Rust Fleck, a burnt sienna shade embellished with flecks of navy, red and energetic green for a distinctive pop of colour, and classic, timeless Black. Designed, made and hand-finished in our Aran Islands workshop.
