Cargo Kick Flare

Name: Hudson Jeans Cargo Kick Flare
Brand: Hudson Jeans
SKU: hudson-jeans-cargo-kick-flare-safari
Price: 99 USD

Pants

$99

The verdict

Heavily discounted cargo-flare hybrid on final sale; a clearance grab for trend-conscious bargain hunters.

Fit

Kick flare with cargo pockets, likely a mid-rise. At this clearance price, fit is whatever the brand offered before discounting.

Quality

Hudson's standard construction, though this style's heavy discount suggests it underperformed in market, so no surprises are likely.

Price check

Exceptional clearance pricing, roughly 50% off full price. The cargo-flare mix is dated, so value is pure discount—not inherent quality.

Best for

Budget-conscious shoppers hunting for basic denim who are not attached to current silhouettes.

Care

Wash inside-out in cold water; the aggressive discounting suggests limited reorder, so treat as final-sale stock.

What owners report about Hudson Jeans pants

Owners praise the fit above all: the stretch denim is repeatedly described as soft and shape-holding, and aggregated customer reviews skew strongly positive (4.46 of 5 across 142 reviews on one review site). The complaints that surface are about durability for the price — pairs developing holes in the inner thigh, one owner reporting a pair completely fell apart within six months, and repeat buyers receiving the same style in noticeably different material and fit. Reviewers also note the jeans come long and often need hemming.

Strengths: A consistently flattering fit in soft stretch denim that owners say keeps its shape through repeated wear.
Watch out for: Inner-thigh wear-through and batch-to-batch inconsistency are the recurring durability complaints, which stings at this price given the short 30-day warranty.
Sizing: They run long in the leg — owners suggest washing before hemming — and the brand itself advises sizing up in some skinny cuts, which start snug and loosen with wear.
