The verdict

A solid low-cost option for studio classes, but check whether $13.80 is a sale price before restocking regularly.

Fit

The booty-shorts and classes tags point to a shorter, more fitted cut than the standard Vital short, true to size for a snug studio fit.

Quality

Basic soft-knit construction typical of an entry-level line — comfortable for light movement, not engineered for heavy training durability.

Price check

Budget tier at $13.80; a reasonable deal for a fitted studio short if this price is sustained rather than a one-off markdown.

Best for

Someone taking studio or conditioning classes who wants a cheap, fitted short.

Care

Wash cold, air dry to preserve stretch recovery in the fitted cut.

What owners report about Gymshark shorts

Across Gymshark's shorts range, owners consistently report the fit runs true to size with a stretchy, comfortable waistband, and the heavier training styles hold up through repeated sweaty sessions and washes without issue -- one owner said a pair 'came out good as new' after three workouts and a wash. Quality is less consistent on the thinner, budget-priced lines: reviewers describe some shorts as feeling like 'a sandwich bag on your legs,' with logos peeling off after a single wear and fabric snagging into holes early on.

Strengths: Owners across multiple lines report the fit runs true to size with a stretchy feel that holds up through repeated sweaty workouts and washes.
Watch out for: The thinner, budget-priced shorts draw recurring complaints about flimsy, plastic-feeling fabric, snagged holes, and logos peeling off after a single wear.
Sizing: Most owners across the range report the shorts fit true to size.
