The verdict

A budget seamless short that suits lifting or studio sessions where a stretchy, close-to-body fit is wanted.

Fit

Snug, seamless compressive fit; true to size, though seamless pieces are unforgiving of in-between sizing.

Quality

Typical of Gymshark's seamless knit shorts — decent stretch recovery expected for the price, not a premium technical fabric.

Price check

$10.80 is budget pricing and a fair deal for a seamless training short.

Best for

Lifting or studio sessions where a fitted, seamless short is preferred.

Care

Wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry to protect the seamless knit.

What owners report about Gymshark shorts

Across Gymshark's shorts range, owners consistently report the fit runs true to size with a stretchy, comfortable waistband, and the heavier training styles hold up through repeated sweaty sessions and washes without issue -- one owner said a pair 'came out good as new' after three workouts and a wash. Quality is less consistent on the thinner, budget-priced lines: reviewers describe some shorts as feeling like 'a sandwich bag on your legs,' with logos peeling off after a single wear and fabric snagging into holes early on.

Strengths: Owners across multiple lines report the fit runs true to size with a stretchy feel that holds up through repeated sweaty workouts and washes.
Watch out for: The thinner, budget-priced shorts draw recurring complaints about flimsy, plastic-feeling fabric, snagged holes, and logos peeling off after a single wear.
Sizing: Most owners across the range report the shorts fit true to size.
