The verdict

Same reliable budget compression legging as the rest of the Flex line, priced fairly for an entry-level piece.

Fit

High-waisted, compressive fit consistent with the Flex line; true to size for most, with the marl fabric showing slightly more texture than solid colorways.

Quality

Flex leggings are a longstanding, dependable part of Gymshark's range — sturdy enough for regular training though not the brand's most technical fabric.

What owners report about Gymshark pants

Gymshark's joggers and sweatpants draw consistent praise for build quality and comfort across its cotton-blend and technical options. One Power Joggers buyer wrote, 'Love these joggers! They're lightweight enough to run and train in but I also wore them in 7 degrees weather and was not cold,' and a Heavyweight Joggers buyer called them 'Really well made relaxed fit joggers. Incredibly comfortable.' A separate brand review described the Power Joggers fabric as 'heavy-duty woven material perfect for bodybuilding.' The main complaint isn't about seams or fabric wearing out but about cut in motion: one reviewer noted the material on a pair of Power Joggers 'tends to roll up during movement,' which they found distracting mid-workout.

Strengths: Reviewers consistently describe the joggers as well made and comfortable for both training and daily wear, with some noting they hold warmth even in cold conditions.
Watch out for: The recurring gripe is fit-related rather than a durability failure: fabric on some pairs tends to roll or bunch at the leg during movement.
Sizing: The bulk of reviewers on Gymshark's own joggers product pages confirm the fit runs true to size.
