The verdict

A fair-priced longline hoodie for casual, oversized layering; buy it for the silhouette, not technical performance.

Fit

Expect an elongated, relaxed fit in light grey core marl that runs longer than a standard hoodie — size according to how much extra length you want.

Quality

Consistent with Gymshark's rest-day fleece pieces: comfortable, casual-grade construction rather than a technical or heavyweight fabric.

Price check

At $43.20 — likely a discounted price — this is reasonable for Gymshark's casual hoodie tier.

Best for

Someone who wants an oversized, longline silhouette in an easy-to-match grey for lounging or layering over leggings.

Care

Wash cold and lay flat or hang dry to prevent the extended length from stretching further.

What owners report about Gymshark zip-ups

Verified buyers of Gymshark's zip-through hoodie line (Power Zip Up, Cosy Luxe Zip Through) consistently rate the fabric and construction highly, describing the material as thick and soft with a zipper that 'feels pretty sturdy.' The recurring complaint is sizing: the cut runs noticeably large, with reviewers recommending sizing down after finding even an XS 'still huge' and bubbling out at the waist, while others report the cropped-style version running shorter in length than the product photos suggest and matched hoodie-and-jogger sets occasionally shipping in mismatched shades.

Strengths: Reviewers consistently praise the fabric weight and feel and note the zippers hold up well.
Watch out for: Sizing runs large and inconsistent from style to style, and a few report the length or dye lot differing from what's pictured.
Sizing: One reviewer at 5'7"/120 lbs found even an XS Power Zip Up 'still huge,' and Gymshark's own guidance says customers recommend sizing down on that style; the boxier Cosy Luxe Zip Through runs closer to true to size but shorter/more cropped than pictured.
