What owners report about Fear of God tops

Third-party coverage of Fear of God tops centers on the Essentials line, and reviewers largely agree the draw is the cut rather than the cloth: the boxy, dropped-shoulder silhouette is called genuinely well-designed, while the fleece and jersey are rated decent but ordinary for the price. A recurring verdict is that hoodies make sense at retail and are hard to justify at resale prices, with tees named the weakest value in the range. Care reports are reasonable — owners note minimal shrinkage when pieces are washed cold and air-dried.

Strengths: The oversized, boxy fit is consistently described as intentional and well-executed — the main reason owners buy.
Watch out for: Reviewers rate the fabric and stitching as ordinary for the price, with tees in particular called overpriced relative to the garment itself.
Sizing: Tops run large by design — buying true to size gives the intended oversized look, while sizing down one (or up to two for tees) gets a more conventional fit.
