$95

The verdict

A specialty Saints tee in a 3/4-sleeve football-tee format; fun for fans, but pricey for what's ultimately a team shirt.

Fit

Football-tee styling typically means a raglan 3/4 sleeve with a slightly looser body; expect the brand's usual roomy fit and size true unless you want it fitted.

Quality

Construction should be in line with the brand's other licensed merch tees, a step up in perceived finish from a plain team shirt but not a technical fabric.

Price check

$95 for a licensed team tee is high for the category; you're paying meaningfully for the ESSENTIALS name and the retro football-tee treatment, not just the NFL license.

Best for

A Saints fan who wants a distinctive game-day shirt rather than a standard jersey-style tee.

Care

Wash cold and avoid the dryer's high heat to keep the raglan seams and graphic from distorting.

What owners report about ESSENTIALS t-shirts

Reviewers describe the tees as heavier and more substantial than typical basics at this price point, which is called out as the line's main quality signal. The fabric is treated as delicate rather than tough: wash guides warn that heat from a washing machine or dryer can shrink the shirts, so hand-washing cold and air-drying is the recommended care routine. The cut runs boxy and oversized rather than fitted.

Strengths: The heavier cotton weight is repeatedly cited as the reason the tees feel like better quality than similarly priced basics.
Watch out for: The fabric is treated as shrink-prone under heat, so machine washing hot or tumble drying is flagged as a risk.
Sizing: The fit runs boxy and oversized; guides recommend sizing down one full size for a trimmer look, or staying true to size for the intended relaxed silhouette.
