What owners report about Cotopaxi button-ups

Cotopaxi's button-up range centers on the Cambio, a stretch recycled-polyester travel shirt sold in solid and printed versions. Retailer reviewers describe it as lightweight, breathable, and comfortable in hot, humid conditions, and most call it well made for the price. Complaints are scattered rather than systemic: one reviewer reported buttons that don't line up with the buttonholes, leaving a ripple down the front, and brand-level feedback on Cotopaxi apparel mentions loose threads and inconsistent finishing.

Strengths: Reviewers consistently call the Cambio lightweight, stretchy, and breathable enough for hot-weather travel.
Watch out for: Scattered construction misses — one reviewer's shirt had buttons misaligned with the buttonholes, and brand-wide feedback reports loose threads and occasional tears — plus sizing several reviewers say runs small.
Sizing: Several retailer reviewers report the Cambio runs small and suggest ordering a size up.
