The verdict

Logo-stripe loungers in heather grey; same casual comfort as the white with a warmer neutral tone.

Fit

Relaxed lounger fit, comfortable and loose through the hip and thigh.

Quality

Standard loungewear construction. Heather grey is slightly warmer than white but offers the same durability.

Price check

Fair $110 for logo loungers. Price is consistent across colorways; warmth of the grey is purely aesthetic.

Best for

Shoppers wanting casual loungers in a neutral tone that works with a broader palette than pure white.

Care

Standard care; heather grey may show fading faster than white if sun-exposed.

What owners report about Aviator Nation shorts

Third-party coverage of this line runs mostly through the brand's fleece pieces broadly, which its sweat shorts share. Reviews are polarized: owners praise how soft and comfortable the cotton-poly-rayon fleece feels and note the pieces are sewn in the USA, but a recurring complaint is that the fabric can feel thin for what the brand charges. Reviewers also flag defects, dye bleed and shrinkage in the wash, and a frustrating exchange policy when something goes wrong.

Strengths: Owners consistently report the fleece is exceptionally soft and comfortable from first wear, with the colors and retro stripes drawing compliments.
Watch out for: Recurring complaints are thin-feeling fabric relative to the high price, dye bleed and shrinkage in the wash, and a difficult exchange process.
Sizing: Fit varies by style — reviewers report pieces running both large and snug — and several choose to size up for a roomier fit.
