The verdict

At $185, a boxy logo tee from A.P.C. works if you prefer loose fit; otherwise, standard-fit basics are better value.

Fit

Boxy cut is A.P.C.'s alternative to their typical tapered fit. Expect relaxed sleeve and body, more room through the chest.

Quality

A.P.C. maintains consistent quality across cuts. The boxy silhouette doesn't compromise construction or durability.

Price check

Premium for a basic tee, even with the boxy cut. A.P.C.'s name and fit consistency justify some premium.

Best for

Men who prefer loose, relaxed fits and trust A.P.C.'s quality; the boxy cut differentiates from typical tapered basics.

Care

Machine wash in cool water; lay flat or hang dry to preserve the boxy silhouette and prevent distortion.

What owners report about A.P.C. t-shirts

Third-party coverage of A.P.C.'s t-shirts is thin compared with the attention the brand's denim gets. In a Styleforum thread asking whether one of the brand's roughly hundred-euro tees was worth buying, the responding member called it one of the better tees among hype-adjacent brands and scored the style 8.5/10 but the price 6/10, while the thread's small poll leaned against buying at that price. Brand-wide owner reviews on Thingtesting report the clothes hold up well, with one owner writing the pieces stay looking new and crisp longer than other brands.

Strengths: Reviewers rate the tees' plain design highly and brand-wide owner feedback reports the garments keep their shape and appearance over long use.
Watch out for: Price is the recurring reservation — even the reviewer who praised a tee's style scored its price 6/10 and said better-priced tees exist.
