CHATEAU CROWN TEE - Black
The verdict
Fit
Standard fit (not oversized like siblings). Expect a closer, more structured cut that flatters without excess fabric.
Quality
Cotton jersey at Amiri's standard for this price tier. Construction is reliable; materials are baseline for a cotton graphic tee.
Price check
At 490 USD, slightly more accessible than the 590-dollar oversized pieces, but still positioned as luxury. You're paying primarily for the design and Amiri name.
Best for
Amiri enthusiasts who want the brand's visual identity in a more traditionally fitted silhouette.
Care
Treat like any printed cotton; wash separately if new to avoid dye transfer.

What owners report about Amiri t-shirts
Reviewers describe Amiri tees as Italian-made cotton with a soft hand and sturdy stitching, and most coverage centers on whether that justifies a price reviewers put at $200 to $600 per shirt. Counterfeits are widespread enough that a large share of online discussion is authentication guides rather than wear reports, and buyers are steered to authorized retailers. Fit reports are inconsistent between collections: retailer guides say the cut runs slightly small, while one reviewer found the chest true to size with some drops cut slimmer and shorter.
- Strengths
- Soft Italian cotton fabric and solid stitching are the points reviewers consistently credit.
- Watch out for
- Price is the recurring complaint, sizing varies between collections, and counterfeits are common enough that authentication dominates the online discussion.
- Sizing
- Retailer guidance says Amiri's non-denim cut is designed slightly small and advises sizing up if in doubt, though reviewers note fit varies from drop to drop.
