Alo Yoga hoodies: what owners report

Owners like how Alo's hoodies and sweats look and feel at first — soft, style-driven pieces one reviewer called presentable enough to pass beyond gym wear — but durability complaints are frequent and specific. Pilling is the most-reported failure: owners describe Accolade hoodies and sweats pilling badly within the first wash or first weeks of wear, and broader reviews add shrinking and the soft fabric wearing down over time. Given the premium pricing, many reviewers say the quality does not match what they paid.

Strengths
Reviewers praise the soft feel and fashion-forward look — sweats that read as more presentable than typical athleisure.
Watch out for
Pilling after the first washes is the recurring failure owners report on the hoodies and sweats, with shrinking and fabric wear-down close behind — complaints made sharper by the price.
Sizing
Reviewers report sizing discrepancies across pieces, and several recommend trying items on in store before buying.
